To place an order, choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
Once you’ve completed all the steps above, we will send you an email confirmation.

We're sorry but in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we might be able to cancel or change it. In this case please contact our customer care team hello@diddou.com. If your order has been dispatched, please send it back once you’ve received it and follow our returns process.

We accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express and many more via Shopify payment solution.We do not store any credit card numbers.
In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.
All prices on the Website include UK VAT at the applicable current rate applicable in the UK at the time of the order.
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail 48 (free shipping) or DPD.
We aim to process and dispatch each order within 24hrs. All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery time varies and depends on the shipping address.
Currently we do not ship outside the UK. We are working on distributing our products to our European customers via warehouses in the EU.
